kejaksaan negeri lahat tegaskan komitmen berantas korupsi dalam sidang perdana kasus inspektorat lahat                            lahat, sumateraekspres.id – kejaksaan negeri lahat memulai sidang perdana kasus korupsi yang melibatkan mantan inspektur inspektorat kabupaten lahat, rabu (8/1).
sidang yang digelar di pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi pengadilan negeri palembang ini melibatkan dua terdakwa, yunisa rahman (yr) yang merupakan mantan inspektur inspektorat lahat, dan yuniarti (yn), pns aktif di inspektorat lahat.
keduanya didakwa terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan anggaran tiga kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada tahun anggaran 2020 oleh inspektorat kabupaten lahat.

dalam dakwaan yang dibacakan oleh penuntut umum kejaksaan negeri lahat, m dio abensi sh, disebutkan bahwa tindakan korupsi ini menyebabkan kerugian negara sebesar rp 800 juta.
pihak kejaksaan negeri lahat telah memeriksa 141 saksi dan mengumpulkan berbagai bukti yang mendukung dakwaan terhadap kedua terdakwa.
kepala kejaksaan negeri lahat, toto roedianto, melalui kepala seksi intelijen kejaksaan negeri lahat, zit muttaqin, menegaskan komitmen pihaknya untuk terus memberantas korupsi, terutama yang melibatkan pejabat publik yang mengkhianati amanah negara.

"kami akan memastikan para pelaku korupsi yang merugikan keuangan negara mendapatkan hukuman setimpal," ujar zit muttaqin.
kedua terdakwa dijerat dengan pasal 2 ayat (1) dan pasal 18 uu no. 31 tahun 1999 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi yang telah diubah dengan uu no. 20 tahun 2001, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 20 tahun penjara.
untuk dakwaan subsidair, keduanya juga dikenakan pasal 3 ayat (1) uu yang sama, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 20 tahun penjara dan minimal 1 tahun.
penuntut umum berharap sidang ini dapat menjadi pelajaran bagi semua pihak bahwa korupsi dalam bentuk apapun harus diberantas tuntas.

sidang selanjutnya akan digelar pada 13 januari 2025 dengan agenda mendengarkan eksepsi dari terdakwa yuniarti.
selain itu, pada hari yang sama, mantan kepala dinas koperasi dan ukm kabupaten lahat, ye, menyerahkan uang pengganti kerugian negara sebesar rp 100 juta kepada tim penyidik kejaksaan negeri lahat.
penyerahan tersebut terkait dengan proses penyidikan dugaan korupsi dalam program-program yang dilaksanakan oleh dinas koperasi dan ukm pada tahun 2020.

uang tersebut disetorkan ke rekening penampungan lelang (rpl) bank bni dan diawasi ketat oleh tim penyidik.
kejaksaan negeri lahat terus memantau dan menindaklanjuti setiap kasus korupsi untuk mengembalikan kerugian negara dan memastikan keadilan ditegakkan.
