disekap dan diperas komplotan penipu, ananda kehilangan jutaan rupiah                            sumateraekspres.id – seorang remaja berusia 17 tahun, ananda bayu hidayatullah, menjadi korban pemerasan dan penyekapan oleh komplotan penipu, saat mencoba menjual sepeda motor miliknya.
kejadian ini terjadi pada minggu, 8 desember 2024, di palembang dan telah dilaporkan ke pihak kepolisian pada selasa, 10 desember 2024.
ananda yang berniat menjual motor seharga rp 20 juta melalui marketplace facebook, mendapatkan tawaran dari seorang pembeli yang mengaku tertarik untuk membeli sepeda motor tersebut.

pembeli yang diduga merupakan anggota komplotan penipu ini mengajukan transaksi dengan sistem cod (cash on delivery) di salah satu minimarket di simpang 3 plaju.
saat bertemu di lokasi yang disepakati, pembeli mengklaim telah mentransfer uang sebesar rp 8,5 juta sebagai pembayaran. namun, ananda mengaku tidak menerima uang tersebut dan merasa curiga atas tindakan pembeli.
pembeli kemudian menyita motor, bpkb, dan stnk milik ananda, dan mengancam akan melaporkan korban ke polisi jika uang yang mereka klaim telah ditransfer tidak segera dikembalikan.

ketika ananda bersikeras bahwa ia tidak menerima uang tersebut, komplotan penipu tersebut mengancam akan membawa korban ke kantor polisi.
di tengah ketegangan, muncul beberapa orang yang mengaku sebagai anggota polisi berpakaian preman.
mereka kemudian membawa ananda dan temannya ke dalam mobil dan melakukan penyiksaan serta pemukulan, sambil terus menuntut agar mereka mengakui telah melakukan penipuan.
setelah beberapa saat di dalam mobil yang berkeliling tanpa tujuan yang jelas, korban akhirnya dipaksa untuk menghubungi orang tuanya dan mentransfer uang sebesar rp 8,5 juta sesuai tuntutan komplotan tersebut.

setelah uang ditransfer, korban akhirnya dibebaskan dan motor serta dokumen kendaraan yang disita dikembalikan.
atas kejadian ini, ananda melaporkan peristiwa tersebut ke sentra pelayanan kepolisian terpadu (spkt) polrestabes palembang, dan pihak kepolisian menerima laporan tersebut dengan dugaan pemerasan sesuai dengan pasal 368 kuhp.
