ini catatan akhir tahun perumda tirta seguring betung, keluar dari defisit berkepanjangan                            sumateraekspres.id - perumda tirta seguring betung, kabupaten empat lawang tahun 2024 ini keluar dari berbagai tantangan berat yang dihadapi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. 
dedikasi dan langkah strategis dari hendra rosada, st mm yang merupakan plt direktur perumda tirta seguring betung, telah memberikan perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan perusahaan ini.
salah satu prestasi luar biasa yang patut diacungi jempol adalah keberhasilannya menurunkan angka kebocoran air yang sebelumnya mencapai 67% di tahun 2023, menjadi 32,78% di akhir tahun 2024. 
penurunan sebesar 34,22% ini menjadi bukti nyata kerja kerasnya. hal ini juga diiringi dengan peningkatan volume air yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dari 33% menjadi 68,22%, atau naik sebesar 35,22%.

perumda juga berhasil keluar dari krisis keuangan yang berkepanjangan. dalam rentang waktu 2019 hingga 2023, perusahaan selalu mengalami defisit keuangan yang cukup besar yakni.

"saat saya menjabat tahun 2023 defisit mulai kecil dan 2024 perusahaan berhasil mencatatkan laba rp 784.537.959," urainya, rabu (18/12/24)
prestasi ini upaya penindakan pelanggan ilegal, baik yang mengambil air langsung dari jaringan distribusi maupun yang menyambungkan kembali aliran air secara mandiri setelah pemutusan.
mengganti perangkat water meter yang rusak, agar konsumsi air pelanggan dapat dihitung secara akurat.
menyesuaikan golongan pelanggan, dengan memvalidasi sekitar 1.000 sambungan rumah (sr) dari total 1.538 sr di ikk tebing tinggi, demi meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan.

ia juga fokus pada efisiensi operasional, termasuk mengurangi jumlah pegawai dari 52 menjadi 37 orang sesuai rekomendasi bpkp sumsel tahun 2023. 
selain itu, ia telah memulai simulasi perluasan wilayah layanan, dengan target utama mencakup rsud, polres, bnn, serta masyarakat di sepanjang jaringan distribusi perusahaan.
