anggota dprd lubuklinggau dilaporkan atas dugaan penganiayaan terhadap ibu rumah tangga                            lubuklinggau, sumateraekspres.id – seorang anggota dprd kota lubuklinggau, hl, bersama beberapa rekannya, dilaporkan ke polres lubuklinggau atas dugaan penganiayaan terhadap windi priati (46), seorang ibu rumah tangga yang tinggal di kelurahan air temam, lubuklinggau selatan.
laporan ini diajukan oleh kuasa hukum korban pada selasa (26/11) sekitar pukul 11.30 wib.
insiden penganiayaan yang melibatkan hl tersebut terjadi pada senin malam (25/11). windi priati, yang kini dirawat intensif di rs ar bunda lubuklinggau, mengalami luka lebam akibat kekerasan yang diterimanya.
berdasarkan pengakuan korban, kejadian tersebut bermula saat hl dan rekan-rekannya datang ke rumahnya dan terjadi perbincangan yang kemudian berubah menjadi tindak kekerasan.

dalam insiden tersebut, salah satu rekan hl, yang bernama hambali, diduga merebut ponsel milik korban, merusaknya, dan melakukan pemukulan fisik, termasuk mendorong, menarik, serta memukul tubuh korban. akibatnya, windi mengalami rasa sakit pada leher, tangan, dan dada.
“badannya sakit semua, tangan, dada, punggung sebelah kanan, kaki lemes. pokoknya masih takut, ditarik ke sana-sini, bahkan kena tinju di sebelah kanan,” ungkap windi saat menceritakan kejadian tersebut.
melalui kuasa hukumnya, elvis prisli, windi telah resmi melaporkan kasus ini ke pihak kepolisian dengan nomor laporan sttlp/b/333/xi/2024/spkt/polres lubuklinggau/polda sumsel.
"kami berharap aparat penegak hukum segera memproses kasus ini sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku," ujar elvis.

pihak korban belum dapat memastikan apakah insiden penganiayaan ini terkait dengan pilkada yang tengah berlangsung. namun, laporan ini berfokus pada tindakan kekerasan yang dialami oleh windi.
polisi saat ini sedang menyelidiki kasus tersebut untuk memastikan kebenaran dugaan penganiayaan ini.

"kasus ini masih dalam penyelidikan. kami akan memintai keterangan dari saksi, korban, dan pihak terlapor serta mengikuti prosedur hukum yang berlaku," ujar akp hendrawan.
