laporan lhkpn sebagai syarat pemilihan kepala daerah, teddy dan ypn sudah menyerahkan                            sumateraekspres.id – komisi pemberantasan korupsi (kpk) mengeluarkan surat edaran nomor 13 tahun 2024, yang mengharuskan bakal calon kepala daerah untuk melaporkan harta kekayaan mereka melalui laporan harta kekayaan penyelenggara negara (lhkpn).
laporan ini bukan hanya formalitas administratif, tetapi juga sebagai bentuk transparansi dan akuntabilitas atas kekayaan calon pemimpin.
deputi pencegahan dan monitoring kpk, pahala simanjuntak, menegaskan bahwa lhkpn merupakan salah satu instrumen penting dalam memastikan keterbukaan dan kejujuran calon kepala daerah.

"lhkpn adalah bagian penting dari tahapan pemilihan kepala daerah," ujar pahala. surat edaran (se) nomor 13 tahun 2024 ini memberikan petunjuk teknis untuk penyampaian dan penerimaan tanda terima lhkpn dalam pemilihan gubernur, bupati, serta wali kota.
sekretariat kpu oku menyampaikan bahwa seluruh bakal calon kepala daerah di kabupaten oku telah memenuhi syarat, termasuk penyerahan lhkpn.
"semua calon sudah menyerahkan lhkpn sebagai bagian dari syarat pencalonan," ujar andri, staf kpu oku.

berdasarkan data lhkpn yang diakses dari laman kpk, bakal calon bupati oku, h. teddy meilwansyah, telah melaporkan kekayaannya untuk periode 2023.
total harta kekayaan teddy yang dilaporkan adalah rp 587.200.000, yang terdiri dari tanah dan bangunan di palembang senilai rp 460 juta, kendaraan roda empat senilai rp 47,2 juta, serta kas senilai rp 80 juta.
sementara itu, calon bupati oku lainnya, yudi purna nugraha (ypn), yang masih menjabat sebagai wakil ketua dprd oku, juga telah melaporkan lhkpn.

ypn memiliki total kekayaan senilai rp 1.062.932.930, yang terdiri dari aset tanah dan bangunan di baturaja senilai rp 1.050.000.000, serta kekayaan lainnya sebesar rp 12.932.930.
namun, ypn juga mencantumkan utang sebesar rp 917.919.012, sehingga total kekayaan bersih yang dilaporkan adalah rp 145.013.918.

dengan semua laporan lhkpn ini, kedua calon bupati oku telah memenuhi salah satu syarat penting untuk maju dalam pemilihan kepala daerah 2024.
