cemburu buta, mahasiswa terancam hukuman setelah aniaya mantan pacar                            palembang, sumateraekspres.id – mona risa, seorang mahasiswi berusia 21 tahun dari desa bangun sari, tanjung lago, banyuasin, melaporkan mantan pacarnya, m. ridho kurniawan, ke pihak kepolisian.
laporan tersebut diajukan pada selasa, 17 september 2024, di sentra pelayanan kepolisian terpadu (spkt) polrestabes palembang, setelah mengalami penganiayaan berat.
mona mengungkapkan bahwa insiden kekerasan tersebut terjadi pada senin malam, 16 september, sekitar pukul 23.00 wib, di kosan yang terletak di jl silaberanti no 147 rt 30 rw 07, kelurahan silaberanti, kecamatan jakabaring, kota palembang.

ia menjelaskan, m. ridho kurniawan menariknya ke dalam kamar dan memukulnya menggunakan siku dan tangan, mengenai telinga kanan, leher, serta tangan kanannya.
akibat dari tindakan tersebut, mona mengalami nyeri di kepala, leher, luka lebam di tangan kanan, dan gigitan pada tangan kanannya.
mona, yang didampingi oleh kuasa hukumnya, mengungkapkan bahwa penganiayaan ini bukanlah kejadian pertama.
"dia sudah sering melakukan kekerasan terhadap saya, bahkan pernah sampai dicekik dan dibekap dengan bantal," kata mona.
menurut mona, kekerasan yang dialaminya berakar dari rasa cemburu mantan pacarnya. "dia cemburu karena saya jalan dengan pria lain, dan karena itu dia menyiksa saya berulang kali," tambahnya.

kuasa hukum mona, mardiana, menegaskan bahwa tindakan terlapor telah menimbulkan ketakutan yang mendalam pada kliennya, yang merasa diteror secara terus-menerus.
"kami meminta kepada pihak kepolisian untuk segera bertindak agar tidak terjadi hal-hal yang lebih buruk," ujar mardiana.
laporan ini tercatat sebagai tindak pidana penganiayaan sesuai dengan uu nomor 1 tahun 1946 tentang kuhp, khususnya pasal 351. kompol fadly, ka spkt polrestabes palembang, mengonfirmasi bahwa laporan telah diterima dan sedang diproses lebih lanjut.
