mantan camat di baturaja ini dibui, korupsi proyek mebeler rp370 juta. begini kronologisnya                            baturaja, sumateraekspres.id - penyidik unit tindak pidana korupsi (tipikor) satreskrim polres oku melakukan pelimpahan tahap dua kasus korupsi penyediaan peralatan dan perlengkapan atau mebeler kantor camat baturaja barat tahun 2022 ke jaksa kejari oku, kemarin (2/10). 
dalam kasus ini, penyidik menetapkan empat orang tersangka masing-masing berinisial her yang merupakan bekas camat baturaja barat, lalu sa (mantan bendahara kecamatan prabumulih barat) serta dua tersangka penyedia barang yakni ar dan ie.

keempat tersangka beserta barang bukti dilimpahkan ke kejari oku diterima kasi pidsus kejari oku, yerru tri mulyawan sh sh, kemarin (2/10).
setelah dilakukan penelitian berkas perkara dan bb, tiga dari empat tersangka masing-masing her,sa dan ar langsung dibawa ke sel tahanan rutan klas 2 baturaja. sementara tersangka ie saat ini ditahan dalam tindak pidana yang lain.
dalam kasus ini, berdasarkan perhitungan bpkp sumsel ditemukan indikasi kerugian negara sebesar rp242,6 juta dari total nilai proyek sebesar rp370 juta.
kepala kejari oku, choirun parapat sh mh menyebut penahanan terhadap keempat tersangka dilakukan selama 20 hari ke depan guna mempercepat proses pemberkasan dan penanganan perkara.
 "nantinya apabila telah diselesaikan pemberkasan akan segera dilimpahkan ke pengadilan untuk menunggu tahapan persidangan," sebut choirun didampingi kasi pidsus yerri tri mulyawan sh dan kasi intel hendri dunan sh, kemarin (2/10). 
awalnya kasus ini dilakukan penyidikan oleh unit tipikor  satreskrim polres oku sejak januari 2023 berbekal dari informasi dari masyarakat. 
dalam perjalanannya, setelah dilakukan penyelidikan penyidik tipikor satreskrim polres oku menetapkan keempat tersangka.
modus operandi yang dilakukan oleh keempat tersangka yakni dengan melakukan mark up (penggelembungan) harga serta memanipulasi jumlah mebeler di kantor camat baturaja barat.

"untuk barang bukti yang diamankan di antaranya sound system, tenda, genset serta uang tunai sebesar rp40 juta. 
juga beberapa barang bukti lainnya seperti satu unit sepeda motor yang diduga dibeli dari hasil korupsi milik tersangka berinisial her," ungkap kapolres oku akbp imam zamroni melalui kanit pidkor iptu deddy iskandar sh. (bis/kms)
