lanjutan sidang mayat dicor ungkap pengakuan mengejutkan, ini alasan terdakwa antoni nekat habisi nyawa korban                            palembang, sumateraekspres.id - diduga dipicu rasa kesal dan amarah usai korban mengancam untuk mengambil istrinya sebagai barter apabila tidak segera melunasi hutang koperasi membuat terdakwa antoni nekat merencanakan pembunuhan terhadap korban anton eka saputra (25) di akhir juni 2024 silam.
hal ini terungkap pada lanjutan persidangan kasus pembunuhan sadis disertai pengecoran terhadap jasad korban di dalam ruko distro anti mahal milik terdakwa antoni yang juga sebagai otak pelaku di ruang sidang pn palembang klas ia khusus, kemarin (2/12).

pada lanjutan persidangan dipimpin ketua majelis hakim zainal arif,sh,mh ini dengan agenda mendengarkan keterangan dari saksi meringankan yakni ferdi octavianus terungkap sejumlah fakta-fakta yang mencengangkan.   
"saat itu saya diancam oleh korban jika tidak segera melunasi utang pinjaman uang maka istri saya akan diambilnya sebagai jaminan.
selain ituhutang yang semula  rp5 juta menjadi rp24 juta yang harus segera dibayar,” aku terdakwa antoni di persidangan, kemarin (3/12).
akibatnya karena ancaman itu, saya kesal sehingga saya mengajak pongki dan kelvin untuk menghabisi nyawa korban. 
menurut terdakwa antoni usai melakukan pembunuhan itu ia bersama dua terdakwa lainnya pun langsung menguburkan mayat korban di belakang distro anti mahal miliknya dengan cara di cor semen.
hal itu dilakukannya guna menghilangkan jejak dan bukti pembunuhan terhadap korban antoni. setelah kejadian itu, lanjut terdakwa antoni ia bersama dua terdakwa lainnya berpisah dan kabur hingga berhasil ditangkap oleh petugas kepolisian.
sementara itu,  adik ipar terdakwa antoni, ferdi oktavianus yang duhadirkan sebagai saksi meringankan pada persidangan mengungkapkan  terdakwa antoni menceritakan hal itu saat dirinya bertemu dengan terdakwa antoni dikediamannya saat sedang kumpul keluarga.
"saat itu kak antoni ini menceritakan kepada saya kalau telah membunuh seseorang mendengar hal ini semua anggota keluarga terkejut merasa antara percaya dan tidak percaya kak ferdi telah melakukan pembunuhan," ungkap ferdi

namun, menurut dia saat mengetahui alasan antoni melalkukan pembunuhan itu karena kesal ditagih utang sama korban yang disebut terdakwa antoni adalah orang leasing.
"kata kak antoni saat itu kepalanya ditodongkan pistol oleh korban, lalu terdakwa pongki ini memukul kepala korban dengan kunci pas dari belakang," terangnya.(yun/kms)
