kedapatan muat 28 ton batu bara ilegal, sopir truk ini ngaku dibayar rp 6,6 juta                            muara enim, sumateraekspres.id - praktik illegal mining (penambangan batu bara ilegal) di wilayah kabupaten muara enim masih saja terus terjadi meski beberapa waktu lalu digelar operasi skala besar yang melibatkan ratusan personel gabungan.
salah satunya seperti yang berhasil diungkap oleh jajaran satreskrim polres muara enim dengan mengamankan seorang pelaku praktik penambangan batu bara ilegal berinisial rhk yang tertangkap tangan saat sedang memuat batu bara ilegal sebanyak 28 ton di tepi jalan desa penyandingan kecamatan tanjung agung, muara enim.

tak hanya itu, dari lokasi yang sama petugas turut pula mengamankan satu unit mobil truk tronton mitsubishi fighter nopol be 8711 iu bermuatan batu bara ilegal seberat 30 ton tak bertuan yang ditinggal begitu saja. 
kapolres muara enim, akbp jhoni eka putra,sh,sik,m.si saat memimpin jumpa pers ungkap kasus ini kemarin (10/9) menjelaskan awalnya pada jum’at (30/8) malam pihaknya menerima informasi dari masyarakat. 
terkait keberadaan sebuah kendaraan bertonase berat jenis fuso tengah memuat batu bara dari salah satu stock pile yang sudah tak lagi beroperasi di daerah kecamatan tanjung agung.
berbekal informasi tersebut petugas satreskrim polres muara enim bersama unit pidsus dan polsek tanjung agung dipimpin kasatreskrim polres muara enim, akp darmanso sh mh meluncur ke lokasi.
benar saja, ketika tiba di lokasi petugas mendapati pelaku rhk tertangkap tangan sedang memuat batu bara ke atas kendaraan truk hino warna hijau nopol bg 8851 ij dari salah satu stock pile batu bara yang sudah lama tidak lagi difungsikan.
“pengakuan tersangka rencananya batu bara hasil dari tambang ilegal ini akan dikirim ke jakarta dengan upah satu kali pengiriman sebesar rp6,6 juta.
sesampainya di jakarta nanti batu bara ilegal ini bakal ada yang jemput yang saat ini tengah dalam pengejaran,” sebut jhoni.
dikatakan oleh mantan kasubdit gakkum polda metro jaya ini, saat dilakukan pemeriksaan terhadap muatan truk petugas menemukan tumpukan batu bara yang berasal dari tambang batu bara ilegal.
“setelah digeledah di dalam bak truk ditemukan batu bara yang diduga berasal dari tambang batu bara ilegal sebanyak 28 ton, kita temukan juga di lokasi yang sama satu unit truk tronton mitsubishi fighter warna kuning nopol be 8711 iu yang bermuatan batu bara sebanyak 30 ton.
untuk sopirnya ketika melihat kedatangan petugas langsung kabur” sebut alumni akpol 2004 ini. 
polisi juga masih memburu pemiliknya siapa sedang kami kembangkan, kalau dengan truk yang diamankan lainnya pengakuan tersangka berbeda bosnya.

pengakuan tersangka rhk dirinya sudah tiga kali mengangkut batu bara ilegal dengan tujuan jakarta yang diupah sebesar rp6,6 juta dari jumlah itu dia mendapatkan upah bersih sebesar rp1 juta.
tersangka dijerat melanggar pasal 161 undang-undang nomor 23 tahun 2020 tentang perubahan atas undang-undang nomor 4 tahun 2009 tentang minerba dengan ancaman pidana 5 tahun penjara. (way/kms)
