146 pelamar pppk prabumulih terancam gagal, ini penyebabnya                            prabumulih, sumateraekspres.id – pemerintah kota prabumulih membuka pendaftaran untuk pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (pppk) pada tahun 2024, dengan kuota mencapai lebih dari 2.000 formasi.
namun, meskipun peluang terbuka lebar, ada 146 pelamar yang terancam gagal karena tidak melakukan proses submit data.
menurut plt kepala bkpsdm pemkot prabumulih, matnur latif, jumlah pelamar pppk yang belum menyelesaikan proses pengajuan data tersebut cukup signifikan.
"dari lebih dari 2.000 kuota yang tersedia, 146 orang pelamar belum melakukan submit data," kata matnur pada jumat (29/11).

terkait hal ini, matnur mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun ada pelamar yang belum menyelesaikan pengajuan, mereka belum otomatis dianggap gagal.
"kami masih melakukan koordinasi dengan badan kepegawaian negara (bkn) untuk memastikan apakah kendala ini disebabkan oleh kekurangan data atau masalah teknis lainnya," ujarnya.
pendaftaran untuk pppk tahap pertama sudah dimulai, dan hasil seleksi administrasi telah diumumkan.

selanjutnya, pelamar akan mengikuti ujian yang dijadwalkan berlangsung antara 2 hingga 20 desember 2024, dengan kepastian tanggal ujian tergantung pada petunjuk bkn.
matnur juga menambahkan bahwa aturan baru yang berlaku mulai desember 2024 mengharuskan penghapusan pegawai honorer (phl) di semua instansi pemerintah.
"mulai tahun 2025, anggaran untuk phl tidak lagi dapat dialokasikan," tuturnya.

dia berharap agar semua pelamar dapat lulus seleksi dan melanjutkan karier sebagai pppk. "tugas pemerintah sekarang adalah menyiapkan anggaran untuk kebutuhan tersebut," pungkasnya.
